The Mosaic Baan/LN user group is the most reliable ‘go-to’ sources for knowledge sharing across all Infor Baan/LN customers.
We understand that our membership is made up of a wide group of customers in various stages of their product’s life cycle. Some have been successfully using their product for many years, others are in the migration evaluation stage, and there are those who are new to the product. Both of our user groups can lead you to the answers for such questions as: “How do I continue to optimize my product?” “How do I add new technology to my existing system?” “What do I need to know about migrating to the next version?”
The following list of benefits outlines how you can share your information and where you can get the answers to all your questions. Click on each benefit to see more details.
- Membership Directory
-
Through the Mosaic Membership Directory, you can find other Infinium members on the same product(s) as you are. Customer Members are able to search this database to find information on other Customer and Alliance members. Alliance members only have access to fellow Alliance members.
Product Communities
-
The Mosaic Product Community program is designed to connect users using the same software products and consists of product specific groups of members, within each of the two Mosaic user groups, exchanging information and growing their personal network with other like-minded users. Product Community conference calls are held by product version on a scheduled basis and are open to all current members of Mosaic. Participants are encouraged to interact with their fellow users and to contribute directly in the Voice to Infor program. Minutes from each call are posted on the Mosaic website. Build a peer network and leverage the collective voice of other customers to maximize the investment made in the Infor product.
Voice to Infor
-
Voice to Infor is the process by which customers submit their suggestions and questions to Infor. These submissions are collected through the Product Community calls, the Message Forums, and by direct submission to the Management Office. Using the submissions, each user group develops a collective position that is presented to Infor on a quarterly basis. All documents provided to Infor and their responses and/or actions are posted on the Mosaic website and summarized in each user group newsletter. Mosaic User Groups are the official advocate to Infor for the Infinium communities.
Message Forums
-
Each user group has its own Forum designed to keep members of their communities connected. Exchange information with fellow Infinium User Group members by posting a question, or responding to a posting with your insights.
Leadership Blogs
-
Enter into dialogue with community leaders as they share their insights and experiences. These timely articles share best practices, industry news and expert opinions on matters that are relevant to each user group.
Networking Opportunities
-
A key benefit of being a member of Mosaic User Groups is the opportunity to network with fellow members of your user group community. Throughout the year, each user group creates ways for their members to interact with each other. To accommodate all members’ geographic regions, budgets, and availability, a variety of activities are scheduled throughout the year. In some cases, the networking opportunities may be in-person, such as the Annual Symposium, or it may be through virtual means. Either way, members can stay in touch and abreast of what each user group community and Infor are doing.
Mosaic Webinar Series
-
Through interactive, live Webinars, Mosaic members are able to gain immediate access to online education from their own computer. Listen to expert speakers from Infor, the alliance community and other customers and have your most pressing questions answered in real time without leaving your office. Inspiration and content for these events comes from fellow users, so if you have a topic you would like to share or learn about, submit today!
eConnect and Email Updates
-
Mosaic’s two user groups each produce a quarterly newsletter, eConnect, to keep their member communities informed on information about Mosaic User Groups, their product user group, as well as providing product-specific technical content, tips and tricks, offers from vendors, and industry news. In addition, to keep members up-to-date between newsletters, email update broadcasts are sent as new information becomes available.
