- All Members shall be expected to abide by the bylaws and the policies of Mosaic.
- All members shall conduct themselves and their activities in a professional manner marked by integrity and a spirit of fair play.
- No member shall represent themselves as a spokesperson of Mosaicto the press or any other outside organization except as approved by the Board of Directors.
- No member shall engage in any activity as it relates to Mosaicmembership which would violate the proprietary rights of their employers, Mosaic, or any other person or organization.
- No member shall engage in any sales activity, including direct or indirect solicitation, or conduct any other activity, contrary to the purposes and policies of Mosaic.
