GETTING
STARTED
To join the
Infor365 Community, you must be an active Infor
maintenance customer. Make sure you have an
account for Infor365 Online Support. If you don't,
go to http://www.infor365.com/ and select
the "Account Request" option and follow the
instructions. You should receive the account
details within 24 hours.

- Login to the
Infor365 Online Support
website
- Select the "Support
Briefings" link in the left panel
- In
the "Filter videos by Product" field, select
"Support Portal" from the list
- Select
the "How to navigate and register..." link to view
briefing
