Community Goals and Mission Statement
Goals -
- To foster an environment where all opinions are valued and information is freely exchanged between members.
- Provide input to Infor on alliance members, functionality and technology that will enrich the HCM product.
- To celebrate camaraderie at conferences.

Mission -
The Infinium HCM community will establish a close-knit relationship with other Infor customers to increase the value of membership and the investment in Infor software.
Product Community Calls
The Infinium HCM group meets monthly via telephone conference calls. The calls are held on the fourth Thursday of the month at 4:00 pm EST; 1:00 pm PST.
On the Infinium HCM monthly calls, members have access to various Infor representatives including Infor product managers and Infor online support personnel. This is a great opportunity for members to provide input into the future direction of the Infinium HCM product line and to get answers to questions from the people who know the product. Over the past year, there have been several presentations from Infor staff on topics such as talent management, COBRA processing and functionality included in new releases. The community has been asked to provide input on various topics such as dashboarding and FMLA requirements.
We have participation from the HCM members which means everyone has the opportunity to network with others and have questions answered. Last month, the group had a very lively discussion about the new AM release and how that may impact HCM users at the year end.
The alliance member community is also a wonderful resource. Jerry Daniel from TCI usually participates in the monthly calls and is always willing to jump in to answer questions and lend a helping hand.
