Community Mission Statement
As an ERP LN Product Community we strive for excellence and knowledge sharing with members of the community. This includes becoming the direction leaders by finding new ways of doing things to ensure we protect the investment and commitment made by our community members. Additionally, our community will serve as an effective liaison between Mosaic and the LN user community.
Product Community Calls
The ERP LN group meets monthly via telephone conference calls. The calls are held on the fourth Thursday of the month at 2:00 pm EST; 11:00 am PST.
During the ERP LN monthly calls, members have access to various Infor representatives including Infor product managers and Infor online support personnel. This is a great opportunity for members to provide input into the future direction of the ERP LN products and to get answers to questions from people who know the products.
During recent calls the group has discussed:
- A company story of migrating from MK to ERP LN. The call included specific details of 'lessons learned' from migration.
- Discussed go live issues with a Mosaic member who was working through a LN implementation.
- Infor provided an overview of LN product development underway and future direction of the product.
