Dual Memberships
Some third-party companies may have a dual membership in Mosaic. That portion of the third- party company installing or running Infor software for the purpose of operating their business may apply for an Customer Membership while the other portion of the company which is based upon the production, hardware or services side of the business would only be eligible to apply for an alliance members providing they meet the criteria outlined under Membership.
All third-party companies that wish to become Customer Members must also apply for Alliance Membership. All dual membership companies will be treated as separate entities. Employees of dual membership companies may only be active in one type of membership. Mosaic reserves the right to terminate both the Customer and alliance members of any third-party company that violates this policy.
