Product Communities are the communication channels
through which customers can connect with other
Mosaic members who utilize the same products. They
facilitate information exchange and networking
opportunities and serve an integral role by
allowing members to provide product
feedback.
Product communities and the content of the specific community pages are run by other users - your peers. Anything the community decides to do in the way of communication, conference calls, or webinars, will be decided by the community. Participants can choose to dedicate as much or as little time as they wish.
